Join the USO Stammtisch! Discover German cuisine, dining etiquette and cultural traditions with local German restaurateurs. This month we will meet at the Zum Reussenstein Restaurant in Boblingen. Come out to enjoy delicious Swabian specialties made fresh by the restaurant’s celebrity chef.

The evening’s menu includes: *Starter: Flӓdlesssubb - Savory crepes made with wild herbs from Reussenstein garden, thinly sliced and served in beef broth.

*Entrée #1: Roschbrôôda - Traditional Swabian roast beef topped with grilled onions and served with home-made spaetzle noodles.

*Entrée #2: Landgogglbruschd - Tender breast meat (all-natural chicken direct from the Alps), served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

*Vegetarian meal available upon request.

Starting on July 3rd, reserve your seat for this Stammtisch dinner by stopping by the USO Center. A deposit of $20/€20 per person or $40/€40 per family of 3 or more is required, but will be fully refunded at the restaurant. Choice of entrée taken at time of reservation.
