Youth Programs

Build Bonds with Military Families

The USO Youth Program gives military children opportunities to build lasting friendships with other military kids, strengthen their relationships with their own families and engage in activities that are both fun and a foundation for resiliency.

With activities and events geared toward all ages, the USO Youth Program gives military children chances to forge their own connections within their military community. From arts &c rafts, to book clubs, to cultural events about their new host country, military kids can reduce stress, build resiliency and feel supported throughout their family’s time in uniform.

What Military Children Receive:

  • The opportunity to meet other military children and families in a casual and welcoming environment.
  • A chance to build friendships with other military kids in their own community.
  • Fun activities and events geared toward a range of ages, from arts & crafts nights for young ones to book clubs for teens.
  • Opportunities to feel seen, understood and supported through their family’s time in the military.
  • Shared activities that allow military families to bond and create lasting memories.
