No-showing 2 times, without justifiable reason, will prohibit customers from signing up for any other programs for 1 calendar year after the 2nd missed program. If you cannot fulfill your reservation, please cancel via Eventbrite, or let us know as soon as possible by calling 07031-201-9012, no less than 48 hours before the event, as we will be happy to open your spot up for someone else. *
