When witches go riding and black cats are seen, the moon laughs and whispers, ‘tis near Halloween!

USO Stuttgart is kicking off the spooky celebrations with the community members of Robinson Barracks as we venture to the north side of town. We will have a little treat (no tricks, we promise!) for our military children as we all get in the spirit of Halloween!
