Empanada Cooking Class - Session 2

USO Stuttgart is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! Join us in the kitchen as we learn to make empanadas with USO volunteer Carolina.

Empanadas are simple and versatile. They are a common staple in feasts and celebrations! The earliest mentions of the empanada appear in 13th - 15th century cookbooks from Spain and Portugal. The empanada was carried to Latin American communities by conquistadors and colonists between the 16th and 19th centuries.

There will be two sessions of this yummy class!
