Congratulations to SFC Emerson McArthur!

Emerson has created one of USO Stuttgart’s most popular programs! When this active-duty soldier isn’t at work, he’s working on planning a series of photography courses for USO participants. Almost every Tuesday evening he donates his time to help people learn about photography basics, editing, portrait taking, studio lighting, and more. Everyone’s travels in Europe now look more amazing and more envy-inducing on Facebook due to Emerson’s vast breadth of knowledge and teaching prowess. Thank you Emerson!
