March 2023 Volunteer of the Month - Aaron Womack

Let us introduce you to Aaron Womack, USO Stuttgart’s March 2023 Volunteer of the Month!

Aaron is no stranger to volunteering at the USO as he was an active volunteer when he was stationed in Afghanistan in 2017! He joined the USO Stuttgart volunteer team in February of 2023 and has logged over 70 hours in the last month all the while being an active-duty soldier. Aaron is happy to show up whenever we need him, whether it is early in the morning or all-day Sunday. His very first shift was spent from opening to closing at the center, a full 10-hour day, learning the ins and outs of running the center! Aaron then quickly jumped in to help us move furniture in center to prepare for painting, run the Throne of Games event, and help to run the daily center operations. Whenever he has a free moment, Aaron drops by the center to help out with whatever we have going on. He is the first to answer the call, and we do not know what we would do without him!
