December 2022 - Volunteer of the Month - Steven McNabb

Congratulations to Steven, USO Stuttgart’s December 2022 Volunteer of the Month!

Steven became an active volunteer with USO Stuttgart on November 19, 2022, just before the holidays kicked into high gear. In the short six weeks since then, Steven has already donated over 108 hours to the USAG Stuttgart community! As an active-duty service member, Steven needs to balance jumping out of airplanes, TDYs, and his dedication to USO volunteering. Steven began volunteering less than a day after his orientation and only took 6 days to be completely trained on the front desk. There is no task that Steven will not take on! He even takes home laundry from the center to ensure that we are never without clean hats and aprons! Steven spent all day on Thanksgiving helping to cook and serve meals and has assisted in starting up our monthly Throne of Games program on Sundays. Not only does Steven spend his Saturdays in the center, but he also even spent his holiday leave time running the front desk after Christmas! We know we can count on Steven whenever we need extra hands and are so happy he is a part of our team!
