March 2020 Volunteer of the Month Wadell Vann

Please help us tell Dell just how EGGcellent we think he is!

Dell is our USO Stuttgart Volunteer of the Month for March 2020. While he has been a USO volunteer since February 2018, he recently took on the Lead Volunteer role for our Spring Eggstravaganza event. This is one of the largest events that USO Stuttgart hosts each year. Last year 1,600 community members enjoyed this event with us. Dell knew this when he decided to take this task on. He put so much work into coordinating this event, not just with fellow volunteers, but also with our community partners. Dell led a team of volunteers over the course of several days to stuff and sort over 11,000 eggs with age appropriate prizes in preparation for this event. He also made beautiful arrangements out of the prize baskets that were to be given away at this event. Dell even had a lovely back drop and photo frames ready for pictures with a very special bunny. While we have had to postpone this very special event, it does not take away from the fact that Dell put a ton of hard work into it.
